Taking the next step is easier with a coach who is non-judgmental, understands you, and actively listens to you. We will work together to: understand the why behind your eating patterns, set simple, achievable goals, create strategies that will become second-nature, and set you on a path to becoming a life-long healthy eater.

Mindset training
Find the creativity and power that resides in you to get unstuck!
During this 8-week course I will show you how to get unstuck from whatever is holding you back in any area of your life, such as: career, relationships, nutritional goals or lifestyle habits. I will empower you to think more positively, reduce stress and anxiety, and propel yourself forward via creativity and emotional intelligence.

(8-week, 90-minute sessions either individually or as a group)
The training includes:
+ 8 sessions, each with a different focus, including: fostering creativity, quieting your inner critic, asking powerful questions, changing your relationship with time, and more. Each week offers simple yet powerful activities that can be practiced at home, to reinforce what is taught in the session.
+ All group sessions are recorded so you can access them if you miss a session or want to review what was taught in the session.
+ Access to me via text or email for support, questions, or concerns.
+ If done as a group, access to a Facebook group page, and weekly peer calls.
GROUP COACHING
Get a group of friends, work colleagues, book club members, exercise pals, or neighbors together and join group coaching sessions!
Group coaching has many benefits. It provides: a sense of community and an immediate support network; a space to learn from, and problem-solve with, others about the wellness issues they face; cost benefits; and a fun atmosphere with like-minded individuals. Working together, your group can create life-long changes to live your most nutritious lives!
